| 2. How many tickets can I book in one transaction? |
|

| 3. How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked? |

When a booking is done online, an email is automatically sent to you with the booking details and number. A confirmation call will be made before delivery. In the rare case that you do not receive the email, you can check for the booking details by calling our helpdesk on 9940135876 / 9003223787 |

| 4. Is there a telephone number where I can contact you and book my tickets? |

Apart from web bookings, we also offer a phone booking service. In this case you can also book more than 10 tickets. You can call 9940135876 / 9003223787. This number is accessible through land lines, GSM and CDMA phones. |

| 5. Can we cancel or replace our tickets? |
|
| |
No. As per government regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it is deemed sold. It cannot now be replaced or cancelled. |

| 1. When will my tickets be delivered after my booking is done? |
|
| |
Once your tickets and delivery address are confirmed both by email and call they will be delivered in two or three days. In case of delay you will be contacted directly from our helpdesk. |

| 2. What will happen if I don't receive or get the tickets? |
|
| |
The delivery person will attempt twice at the address confirmed by you. In case no one is available at the time of delivery, our office will hold the tickets for a week. If we do not receive any response from you then the transaction will be cancelled. |
